Work

As Director of Managed Services, Chris  oversees all work related to:

  • Driving sustainable and repeatable service to GANTECH Managed Services customers
  • Advocating for continual change to achieve service excellence
  • Building true partnerships with each Managed Services customer to understand present and future IT needs and  to enhance their strategic goals
  • Ensuring GANTECH services align with and support the company’s growth strategy

Background

As a 25 year IT veteran, Chris holds a unique blend of technical, program management, and people management skills.  Throughout his technical career he has been certified in desktop support, server administration, cybersecurity, and network engineering. He currently holds a CISSP certification.  With his career evolving to include a managerial focus, Chris has sought the tools needed to drive consistency and continual service improvement and became certified as an ITIL master. He has implemented and utilized the framework for years, and additionally been an ITIL mentor for others.

Chris is very customer focused and always sees service through a customer’s lens; he views every GANTECH customer as a partner. He strives to provide services that allow his customers to focus on their core businesses while leveraging GANTECH’s services as tools to enable their growth and success. Chris holds BS in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University.

Insight

My philosophy is simple; transparency and honesty always pay. When it comes to servicing customers,  I am a firm believer in doing the right thing, even if it isn’t always the popular or easy thing to do. Transparency is key and I believe in being upfront and honest in the delivery of services.  During my career, this philosophy has always translated into building strong and lasting partnerships.
