Saving for the Future
GANTECH's 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan allows employees to contribute to a 401(k) on a pre-tax basis and to a Roth 401(k) on a post-tax basis. GANTECH makes matching contributions each pay period for employees who contribute to their 401(k).
PTO and Holidays
Getting time away for vacation and to take care of your personal needs is something that GANTECH values. To help you take care of yourself and recharge, GANTECH offers three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually and observes ten paid holidays per calendar year.
As a company that goes above and beyond, we offer paid leave and flexible work arrangements for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave options that exceed Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requirements, all in the hope of providing new parents with the time to adjust and recoup.
